David Clark BSc Hons DHP CBTAH LAPHPNHS IPC Number 8HG30 David spent much of his working life in the computer industry.
He gained a BSc Hons in Environmental Science from the University of Greenwich and was later involved in the development of government sponsored, computer guidance programmes.
He taught geography and science at secondary level and IT within Adult Education.
He studied Clinical Hypnosis and Hypnoanalysis at the Essex Institute of Clinical Hypnosis (EICH) under the expert guidance of Terrence Watts, gaining a Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis with Psychotherapy and Advanced Hypnoanalysis. He is now the proprietor of the Southend Hypnotherapy Centre.
David attained a Diploma in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy from MindTech and uses this extensively within therapy.
He has a strong interest in weight issues and achieved a Diploma from the Essex Institute in Eating Disorders and OCD. He is the designer of the SHC Weight Control Programme, David gained a certificate in Hypnosis for Childbirth demonstrating a proficient knowledge for providing professional care and preparation for birthing.

Elizabeth Swanson Elizabeth has been involved with alternative and complementary medicine since she left college in 1998. She is an accomplished therapist, qualified in Hypnosis, CBT, Reiki and Counseling, and is a practitioner of Bach Flower Remedies.
Elizabeth has Intermediate and Advanced Certificates in Integrative Counseling from the Counseling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body.
She trained in Hypnosis and Healing Past lives with Andy Tomlinson at the Past Life Regression Academy. She was awarded her Reiki Master/Trainer qualification at the Soul Sanctuary with Nadia Stannet, and studied Bach Flower Remedies with Celia Leslie.
